Our goal here at the farm is to produce local harvest of foods recommended for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. Being a father and care-giver of such an individual, nutrition and health choices are foremost in my mind regarding our regular diet. Our day is already full of tasks to address the special needs in daily living, so finding time to go to the market frequently is a challenge. Taylor’s Gift Farm wants to make certain foods, spices and herbs more convenient and allow other individuals with special needs to assist in producing the items grown here on the farm.
