Join our CSA

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), one type of direct marketing, consists of a community of individuals who pledge support to a farm operation so that the farmland becomes, either legally or spiritually, the community's farm, with the growers and consumers providing mutual support and sharing the risks and benefits of food production.

Buy Wagyu beef products

The unique combination of taste and tenderness of highly marbled Wagyu beef makes for an unrivaled eating experience. That is why Wagyu beef is finding its way into the repertoires of Gourmet cooks and fine restaurants. Our head sire is young and we expect new production soon. We have a calf on the pasture and a first time heifer to deliver in November. Join our CSA to share in the beef we produce.

Buy Registered Texas Longhorn beef

Thanks to Texas Longhorns, today’s health-conscious consumer doesn’t have to avoid tender, juicy steaks. Longhorn beef is leaner than other breeds and is lower in saturated fats. Packed full of flavor, Longhorn beef has less cholesterol and calories than white meat. It's all Texas! The air, water, grass for these animals is from Texas soil under Texas skies. We invite you to come visit the farm to see our operations and join our CSA to share in the registered longhorn beef we produce.

Buy Produce

As a member or share-holder of the farm production, members pledge in advance to cover the anticipated costs of the farm operation and farmer's salary. In return, they receive shares in the farm's bounty throughout the growing season, as well as satisfaction gained from reconnecting to the land and participating directly in food production. Our water is rain harvesting, cistern drawn and pumped from our ponds. Join our CSA and come spend time with us on the farm.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), one type of direct marketing, consists of a community of individuals who pledge support to a farm operation so that the farmland becomes, either legally or spiritually, the community's farm, with the growers and consumers providing mutual support and sharing the risks and benefits of food production. This page presents information and research about CSA, historical data, access to local food directories, and more.

Our farm began as a vision to serve adults with disabilities by providing a "day at the farm" experience. Beginning August 2022, we have invested 18 months to get to this point and there is much more to do. We are offering 450 initial CSA memberships and we appreciate any contribution you can offer and we hope you will also join our membership to enjoy the produce of these efforts.
